Responsibilities

Manage the full contract lifecycle, including intake, drafting coordination, review, execution, storage, renewals, and post-execution administration
Own and improve contract management processes, templates, and playbooks to increase efficiency and reduce risk
Monitor and support compliance obligations, deadlines, and reporting requirements
Lead and support legal operations initiatives, including process optimization, workflow automation, and tool implementation
Serve as a project manager for legal and cross-functional initiatives, driving timelines, accountability, and successful outcomes
Partner with Legal, Finance, Procurement, and other stakeholders to ensure alignment and clarity across teams
Track metrics and develop insights to inform continuous improvement and operational decision-making

Required

Strong experience in contract management and post-execution administration
Demonstrated expertise in legal operations and process optimization

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a continuous-improvement mindset

Preferred

Experience with contract lifecycle management (CLM) tools
Familiarity with compliance tracking or regulatory environments
Experience supporting a mission-driven, nonprofit, or social-impact organization
