Communicating with the public and court personnel
Answering general queries about e-filing via email and phone
Monitoring help tickets
Creating and assigning NYSCEF IDs for all CoC judges and staff
Conducting training on how to use NYCEF
Troubleshoot specific issues regarding the NYSCEF application and registrations
Assist e-filing users with technological/operational issues
Qualification
Required
One year in the Assistant Court Analyst title
Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university and one (1) year of relevant experience
Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university
An equivalent combination of education and experience
Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
High degree of attention to detail
Ability to engage with judges, non-judicial staff, claimants, and representatives of the NYS Department of Corrections and Community Supervision
Proficient in all Microsoft programs, especially Outlook and Teams
Proficient in NYCEF, the Electronic Document Delivery System (EDDS), the Virtual Evidence Courtroom (VEC), and Advanced Data Base Master (ADBM)
Ability to troubleshoot specific issues regarding the NYSCEF application and registrations
Ability to assist e-filing users with technological/operational issues
