Mid LevelIDR, Inc. is seeking an Application Analyst to join one of their top clients in a remote capacity. This role is pivotal in supporting and maintaining the client's Lawson V10 ERP system and associated third-party applications.

Responsibilities
Implement and support integrated solutions managed by Information Services
Provide expert technical and functional support for Lawson V10 and related systems
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, ensuring system stability through root-cause analysis
Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate operational processes into system requirements
Create and maintain comprehensive system documentation and training materials
Qualification
Required
Hands-on experience with Lawson V10 in an on-prem, DB2, Unix environment
Strong understanding of ERP business processes within finance and supply chain
Ability to operate independently as a Level 3 analyst while collaborating with a team
Advanced troubleshooting and configuration skills in legacy ERP systems
Excellent documentation and communication abilities
Preferred
Preference for candidates in the West Coast time zone
