Responsibilities
Recruit and enroll youth and young adult participants
Review participant intake documents to verify information
Verify file accuracy
Enter payroll information into the online SYEP database
Distribute SYEP MetroCards and pay cards
Monitor worksites to ensure safe and productive work environments
Complete written reports of worksite visits
Perform general office duties:?answer multi-line phone, check voicemails, file documents, etc., as necessary
Qualification
Required
High School or Equivalency Diploma
At least one year of office-related experience required
Demonstrate strong data entry skills
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented, highly organized, and dependable
Fast typing skills
Excellent knowledge of word processing tools and spreadsheets (MS Office: Word, Excel, etc.)
Good command of English both oral and written
Great customer service skills
Preferred
Knowledge of touch-typing system is strongly preferred
Bilingual: English/Mandarin/Cantonese or English/Spanish, preferred
