Responsibilities
Serve as a primary point of communication for client updates and reporting
Send daily, weekly, and monthly updates highlighting wins, performance, and key insights
Create clear, polished reports using campaign and platform data
Translate performance data into easy-to-understand takeaways for clients
Proactively flag wins, trends, and opportunities — not just issues
Collaborate closely with internal campaign, creative, and strategy teams
Maintain a consistent communication cadence so clients always feel supported
Help improve reporting templates, communication workflows, and client experience processes
Qualification
Required
1–3+ years experience in client success, account management, marketing, analytics, or communications
Strong writing skills (email, summaries, reports)
Comfort working with data, dashboards, or analytics tools
Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides) or Excel
Ability to manage multiple clients or priorities at once
Naturally personable, friendly, and professional
A strong written and verbal communicator
Comfortable speaking with clients and stakeholders
Organized, reliable, and detail-oriented
Confident explaining information clearly (especially data)
Calm under pressure and responsive when things move quickly
Someone who takes ownership and follows through
Preferred
Agency, marketing, social media, or influencer experience is a plus (but not required)
