Responsibilities
Own day-to-day accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, and financial reporting
Lead and mentor the accounting team, driving process improvements and scalability
Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
Partner closely with executive leadership on financial insights, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic initiatives
Support private equity reporting requirements, audits, and lender reporting
Strengthen internal controls, policies, and procedures as the company continues to scale
Assist with financial diligence and integration related to future acquisitions
Collaborate cross-functionally to support business growth and operational efficiency
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
NetSuite experience required
Experience in a high-growth, recurring revenue environment
Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting
Proven ability to lead teams and improve processes in a scaling environment
Hands-on, adaptable mindset — comfortable both executing and strategizing
Preferred
CPA preferred (not required)
Prior experience supporting private equity–backed organizations is a plus
