Responsibilities
Focus more on bringing in new accounts AND account management
Bring on roles in Legal, Technology (all sectors) and Construction
Mentor our recruiters (we have a recruiting team that supports you)
Our average performer billed $500k last year
Qualification
Required
3+ years of experience running a full-desk (sales and recruiting)
Minimum annual billing of $400K (permanent /direct hire billing)
Previous staffing experience is a must
Meeting with clients virtually or take them to lunch or go golfing!
