Responsibilities
Join an AI Enablement organization focused on building next-generation, enterprise-grade AI systems
Work hands-on with modern AI technologies, particularly agentic systems and GenAI platforms
Qualification
Required
10+ years of experience in cloud and distributed systems architecture
Strong focus on scalability, reliability, observability, and performance
7+ years designing enterprise AI/ML systems
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Generative AI
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Agentic workflows
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with LLM-based integrations
At least 1 year of hands-on experience with Multi-agent systems
Strong experience with agentic frameworks and tooling such as MCP
Strong experience with agentic frameworks and tooling such as LangChain / LangGraph
Strong experience with agentic frameworks and tooling such as LlamaIndex
Strong experience with agentic frameworks and tooling such as AutoGen
Strong experience with agentic frameworks and tooling such as CrewAI
Strong experience with agentic frameworks and tooling such as Agent SDKs
Strong experience with agentic frameworks and tooling such as OpenAI SDK or equivalent
Hands-on experience with modern software development practices and API-based integrations
Strong cloud experience (Azure and/or GCP), including Kubernetes and containerization
Strong cloud experience (Azure and/or GCP), including Identity and access management
Strong cloud experience (Azure and/or GCP), including Networking
Strong cloud experience (Azure and/or GCP), including CI/CD pipelines
Strong cloud experience (Azure and/or GCP), including API management platforms
Preferred
Candidates with 5–8 years of experience are strongly encouraged to apply if they demonstrate deep, real-world experience with AI technologies rather than long tenure alone
