New Grad, Entry LevelSHIK Consulting Group is expanding its on-site events team and is seeking an Events Marketing Associate. This role involves supporting live brand activations, engaging with customers, and assisting with sales outcomes at various events in the DC metro area.

Responsibilities
Support live brand activations at assigned event or retail locations
Speak with customers, introduce current offers, and answer questions
Drive engagement and assist with on-site sales outcomes
Help maintain event flow, presentation, and brand standards
Work closely with your team to meet daily performance objectives
Take on greater ownership within campaigns
Support coordination and setup across multiple event locations
Assist with training newer team members on-site
Contribute feedback that shapes future campaign execution
Qualification
Required
Ability to support live brand activations at assigned event or retail locations
Strong communication skills to speak with customers, introduce current offers, and answer questions
Capability to drive engagement and assist with on-site sales outcomes
Ability to help maintain event flow, presentation, and brand standards
Team-oriented mindset to work closely with your team to meet daily performance objectives
Willingness to work full-time, on-site across DC metro locations
Desire to gain real-world campaign experience and build communication and confidence skills
