Responsibilities
Accountable for sales operations at the dealership
Lead the sales team to increase profitability
Provide focus on your sales team – hire, train, motivate, counsel and monitor the performance of all sales people
Work closely with customers throughout the sales process to ensure satisfaction
Collaborate with the Finance team to structure deals and secure approvals
Manage lot presentation, inventory rotation and aging units
Provide training, support and mentorship to sales staff for continued team growth
Monitor sales metrics and implement strategies to improve performance
Orders/acquires new and used vehicle inventory
Qualification
Required
5+ years of automotive sales experience
3+ management experience preferred
Proven CSI track record
Strong leadership and team-building skills
Knowledge of inventory management and vehicle appraisals
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
Professional appearance and demeanor
Clean driving record and insurable
Preferred
KIA experience is a plus
