Responsibilities

Adhere to all safety rules and regulations
Perform daily equipment checks and condition monitoring
Operate forklifts (certification required – training will be provided)
Maintain feed safety standards, including daily bag tests and sample retention
Operate and maintain labeling and inkjet printing systems
Run, monitor, and maintain block mixing and block press systems
Troubleshoot and maintain dust collection systems
Operate and maintain block palletizer equipment
Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot mineral mix bagging systems
Ensure availability for overtime as needed
Monitor salt quality and uphold high standards for block products
Maintain clean and organized work areas
Complete routine paperwork accurately
Work cooperatively and courteously with team members
Execute tasks as assigned by the lead or supervisor
Confirm product and goods issue material in the SAP system
Ensure 100% downtime tagging accuracy in the RT DUET system
Demonstrates strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality while working independently and collaboratively within a team

Required

Must be eligible to work in the US without visa sponsorship
Must be 18 years or older
Ability to understand and communicate in English (verbal/written)
Basic use of a computer
Ability to work in varied indoor and outdoor conditions, which may include heat, cold, dust, loud noise, etc., with the use of personal protective equipment (PPE)
Ability to work in elevated areas (4 feet and above)
Ability to perform physical job duties, which may include bending, lifting up to 50lbs, kneeling, climbing, crawling, and twisting, with or without a reasonable accommodation
Ability to work overtime, weekends, and holidays with advance notice

Preferred

Basic math skills including addition, subtraction, multiplication, & division
Basic experience in troubleshooting various mechanical components and systems
Familiarity with the SAP system is preferred
