Responsibilities
Partner directly with division leadership to drive financial performance, forecast accuracy, and operational efficiency
Build and maintain detailed financial models, including P&L, KPI dashboards, and volume/margin analytics
Support monthly close, variance analysis, and executive reporting with a high standard of clarity and precision
Analyze production trends, revenue drivers, expense patterns, and capacity metrics to inform strategic decisions
Provide insights on channel performance, pull‑through, headcount planning, and operational gearing
Collaborate cross‑functionally with operations, capital markets, and corporate finance to ensure alignment and transparency
Contribute to annual budget cycles, quarterly reforecasts, and long‑range planning
Identify risks, opportunities, and performance levers unique to each division (Servicing, Wholesale, Correspondent)
