Responsibilities

Drive end‑to‑end CSA design coordination, ensuring alignment across architecture, civil, and structural disciplines
Integrate CSA efforts with MEP, fire/life safety, and other specialist design teams in a contractor‑driven workflow
Manage design schedules, deliverables, and technical interfaces to maintain continuity from design through construction
Engage directly with Authorities Having Jurisdiction (AHJs) to support permitting, approvals, and regulatory compliance
Provide onsite design leadership during construction, ensuring clarity, constructability, and timely issue resolution

Required

Demonstrated, hands-on experience delivering data center projects required
Proven ability to act as a primary design leader, coordinating across consultants and internal teams

Background working within contractor-led or highly integrated delivery environments
Exceptional communication, organizational, and technical problem-solving capabilities
