Responsibilities
Partner closely with the Proofpoint Vendor Sales team to drive platform adoption and revenue growth within priority accounts, emphasizing Ingram Micro’s unique value proposition
Support and enable partners through planning, procurement, implementation guidance, and solution-selling strategies
Engage directly with business leaders and key decision-makers to elevate both the Proofpoint and Ingram Micro brands
Represent Proofpoint and Ingram Micro at field events, vendor-sponsored activities, and partner engagements to drive awareness and business expansion
Manage and grow existing vendor-priority accounts, ensuring long-term success and increased adoption
Qualification
Required
Four-year college degree (or additional relevant experience in a related field)
Minimum 8 years functional experience including a minimum of 5 years position specific experience
Customer-Focused with Strong Business Acumen: Deep understanding of customer needs, partner priorities, and market dynamics
Innovative, Strategic Thinker: Ability to develop creative, partner-centric business plans and identify new opportunities for growth
Exceptional Communication & Collaboration: Skilled at building relationships and influencing across multiple organizational levels
Leadership & Influence: Capable of motivating and guiding cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives

Upon hire, the candidate will be required to complete all vendor-specific Proofpoint certification courses as part of onboarding
