2+ years expChasepro Talent is seeking a Quality/Test Engineer to support the Quality Management team at their Mapleton facility. This role is responsible for conducting internal quality audits, supporting the CQMS, and driving continuous improvement across foundry and machining operations.

Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate, and conduct internal quality audits in accordance with CQMS and ISO standards
Perform gap analysis of the CQMS and support resolution of identified issues
Identify, analyze, and resolve non-conformances, including follow-up on corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
Generate and present quality audit reports, including trends and performance insights
Develop and maintain audit documentation, compliance records, and quality reports
Devise sampling procedures and develop forms and instructions for recording and reporting quality data
Evaluate the precision and accuracy of production, testing, and measurement equipment
Support or conduct training sessions related to quality control and auditing activities
Collaborate closely with members of the Quality Management team and cross-functional stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 2+ years of relevant experience, or Master's degree with relevant internship or co-op experience
Hands-on internal auditing experience
Experience auditing Quality Management Systems (ISO 9001, ISO 17025, or CQMS)
Experience working in a manufacturing or foundry environment
Strong knowledge of corrective and preventive action (CAPA) implementation and follow-up
Proficiency in data analysis and reporting using tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel
Strong documentation, compliance reporting, and audit record management skills
Preferred
Internal Auditing certification preferred
CQA certification is a plus
