Responsibilities
Responsible for troubleshooting and resolving a wide range of complex Information Technology (IT) service requests and projects
Building and maintaining desktop related systems
Analyzing, diagnosing and resolving a variety of complex technology related systems
Qualification
Required
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, software engineering, management information systems, information technology or a closely related field; OR graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, or a closely related field AND two (2) years full-time paid verifiable experience in desktop administration; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Human Resources Director
Possession of a valid driver's license
Graduation from an accredited college or university with a Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, management information systems, information technology or a closely related field AND four (4) years full-time paid verifiable experience in desktop administration; OR graduation from an accredited college or university with an Associate's degree in computer science, management information systems, information technology, or a closely related field AND six (6) years full-time paid verifiable experience in desktop administration; OR an equivalent combination of education and experience as determined by the Human Resources Director
Possession of a valid driver's license
