Have strong communication skills
Conduct legal research and support development of case strategy
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation statements, and trial briefs
Supervise associate-level lawyers in doing the same
Participate in mediations
Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials
Manage deadlines, filings, and input billing ethically and efficiently
Collaborate with lawyers across our offices and work to achieve success
Maintain a social media presence
Qualification
Required
A minimum 3 years of litigation experience in the federal courts is required
Have strong communication skills
Conduct legal research and support development of case strategy
Draft pleadings, discovery, motions, mediation statements, and trial briefs
Supervise associate-level lawyers in doing the same
Participate in mediations
Appear in court for hearings, motions, and trials
Manage deadlines, filings, and input billing ethically and efficiently
Collaborate with lawyers across our offices and work to achieve success
Maintain a social media presence
Preferred
Having experience in managing ERISA class action cases and a litigation team is preferred
Having experience with financial products and services are valued
