Responsibilities
Deliver complex pilot operations across multiple industrial locations
Qualification
Required
4+ years of hands-on experience in industrial operations, pilot plants, process engineering, or technical site environments
Experience planning and executing technical trials, commissioning activities, or site-based projects
Strong technical problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve operational issues in real time
Experience working with operators, technicians, contractors, and cross-functional engineering teams
Ability to operate independently in fast-changing or ambiguous environments
Strong organisational and communication skills, including working across multiple stakeholders and time zones
Willingness to spend extended periods on-site during trial campaigns, with occasional international travel
Preferred
Experience with first-of-a-kind technology, process scale-up, or pilot/demo plant environments
Exposure to large-scale industrial or infrastructure settings
Experience developing SOPs, risk assessments, FMEA, maintenance plans, or training programmes
Prior experience in early-stage or high-growth technology companies
