Responsibilities

Manage commercial / industrial construction projects from handoff through completion
Ensure projects are executed in accordance with approved plans, specifications, and contract requirements
Develop, maintain, and update project schedules
Coordinate field operations, subcontractors, vendors, and internal resources
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and resolve issues impacting schedule, cost, or quality
Track project budgets, costs, and forecasts at the project level
Monitor actual costs versus estimates and identify variances
Support change order development, review, and execution in coordination with Operations
Assist with monthly project cost reporting and projections
Coordinate with Operations and Accounting on billings and project financial status
Identify potential risks, conflicts, or hindrances impacting project performance
Support documentation and pricing of change orders related to scope changes, delays, or constructability issues
Collaborate with Operations to address means and methods adjustments and constructability improvements
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during project execution
Provide regular project updates and respond promptly to client concerns
Maintain strong working relationships with owners, inspectors, engineers, and other stakeholders
Foster a collaborative and professional working environment on all projects
Coordinate subcontractor activities and ensure compliance with contract requirements
Assist with vetting subcontractors when project scope exceeds internal capacity
Support procurement and buyout efforts for materials, equipment, and subcontracted work
Coordinate with rental teams to ensure appropriate equipment is available and utilized efficiently
Ensure compliance with company safety policies, site-specific safety plans, and regulatory requirements
Promote a culture of safety across project teams
Ensure proper documentation and reporting related to safety, quality, and compliance
