Administrative Assistant Office Manager

Surface Engineering, Inc is a full-service asphalt maintenance company serving Greater Cleveland and all of Northeast Ohio for over 57 years. They are seeking an Administrative Assistant & Office Admin to support the office with day-to-day business needs and assist the Owner with various tasks.

Responsibilities

Correspondence writing and distribution as directed by the Owner and Sales Managers
Supporting the office with day-to-day business needs including mailing/ filing/ copying
Creating and maintaining reports in Microsoft Office and CRM software
Ordering and maintaining office/business supplies
Keeping Schedule for Owner of company - Daily meetings, travel, project completion
Keeping accurate records in accordance with company standards
Performing all other office misc. office tasks
Completing Phone Calls & Emails needed completed by Owner and provide feedback
Completing Misc. Daily Tasks from emails to phone from contractors and customers and calls to setting schedules for owner

Required

High School diploma or equivalent required
Minimum 2 years of related administrative experience in an office setting; contracting experience strongly preferred
Computer literacy with proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Internet Explorer
Excellent verbal and written communication, time management, and organizational skills
Ability to manage tight deadlines
Data entry experience
