Responsibilities
Architect & Lead AEM Solutions: Drive the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of scalable AEM applications tailored to enterprise needs
Project Oversight: Manage delivery timelines, resource allocation, and budgets across multiple concurrent projects, ensuring on-time and high-quality outcomes
Technical Excellence: Champion best practices in AEM development, DevOps automation, and CI/CD pipelines. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards
Team Leadership: Guide and mentor a cross-functional team of AEM developers, architects, and QA engineers. Foster a collaborative, innovative, and high-performance culture
Client Engagement: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders. Translate complex business requirements into robust technical solutions
Strategic Integration: Provide thought leadership on Adobe Experience Cloud integrations, including Adobe Analytics, Adobe Launch, and Real-Time CDP
Innovation & Optimization: Continuously evaluate emerging technologies and frameworks to enhance platform capabilities and user experience
Qualification
Required
8+ years of experience in AEM development, with at least 3 years in a technical leadership role
Deep expertise in AEM architecture, component development, workflows, and integrations
Strong understanding of Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
Proven experience managing cross-functional teams and delivering enterprise-grade solutions
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices
Preferred
Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Campaign, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud tools
Knowledge of front-end frameworks (React, Angular) and backend technologies (Java, OSGi, Sling)
Certification in Adobe Experience Manager or Adobe Experience Cloud is a plus
