Responsibilities

Lead and support change management activities, including change impact assessments, communication plans, and adoption strategies
Engage stakeholders at all levels to build alignment, trust, and buy-in for change initiatives
Develop and deliver communication materials that clearly explain upcoming changes and their impact
Facilitate workshops, training sessions, and working groups to support adoption of new or improved processes
Partner with business, operational, and technical teams to ensure change efforts are aligned and well-coordinated
Identify change risks and resistance points and proactively address them
Support leadership and teams through transitions by providing guidance, coaching, and enablement
Ensure change activities align with organizational governance and compliance expectations

Required

Proven experience in change management, organizational change, or transformation initiatives
Strong stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills
Demonstrated ability to influence and drive adoption without direct authority
Experience working in public sector or regulated environments
Excellent communication, presentation, and training skills
Ability to translate complex changes into clear, understandable messaging

Preferred

Experience supporting government, healthcare, or utility organizations
Background in training, coaching, or change enablement
Experience supporting enterprise-level or cross-functional change initiatives
Familiarity with structured change frameworks (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci, or similar)
