Responsibilities
Administer, configure, and support DocuSign as an enterprise eSignature platform
Design and maintain DocuSign templates, workflows, PowerForms, envelopes, and reports
Build and support DocuSign integrations using REST APIs (JSON/XML)
Configure and manage SSO integrations (SAML/OAuth)
Lead migration from Adobe Acrobat Sign to DocuSign
Support enterprise users globally; manage incidents, changes, and releases
Ensure compliance in validated environments (21 CFR Part 11)
Create SOPs, technical documentation, and training materials
Collaborate with business stakeholders and DocuSign vendor support
Qualification
Required
7+ years hands-on DocuSign enterprise administration & implementation
Strong expertise in DocuSign Admin Console, APIs, Templates, PowerForms, Reporting
Experience with REST APIs, JSON, XML (XSD/XSLT preferred)
SSO configuration experience (SAML 2.0, OAuth)
Mandatory experience in validated/GxP environments (21 CFR Part 11)
Experience supporting enterprise apps on Windows & UNIX
Strong incident, problem, and change management experience (ServiceNow)
Excellent troubleshooting, RCA, and stakeholder communication skills
Preferred
DocuSign CLM experience
Adobe Acrobat Sign → DocuSign migration experience
Exposure to broader GxP systems
Microsoft Power Automate / Power Platform experience
