Responsibilities

Lead, coach, and mentor a team of Solution Consulting Managers and Solution Consultants, ensuring continuous professional growth and skills development
Develop and implement strategies that align with sales objectives, Anaplan product capabilities, and customer needs
Partner closely with sales leaders to manage the business, shape account strategy, influence deal strategy, and drive value-based selling approaches tailored to large organizations
Collaborate with Product, Customer Success, Marketing, and Professional Services teams to align presales efforts with product innovation and customer success initiatives
Oversee and lead strategic customer meetings with your team showcasing Anaplan’s ability to solve complex business problems across finance, supply chain, and other planning domains
Cultivate strong relationships with senior customer leaders and act as a trusted advisor during the sales cycle
Stay ahead of market trends and Anaplan innovations, serving as a subject matter expert and evangelist for AI and connected planning

Required

10+ years of experience leading presales, solution consulting, or technical sales roles in a SaaS or enterprise software environment in both 1st and 2nd line roles
Strong understanding of enterprise software sales cycles and methodologies such as Value Selling, MEDDICC, or Solution Selling
Hands-on experience with enterprise planning processes and solutions in the finance, supply chain, workforce, or sales domains
Knowledge of enterprise AI platforms, GenAI, Agentic AI, and machine learning
Proven track record of building relationships with CxO or VP customer leaders
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in front of customer executives and large audiences at industry events
Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, or related field (MBA preferred)
