Platform Design & Configuration: Designing, building and to align with ITIL processes and business requirements
Workflow Automation: Developing and enhancing automated workflows for efficiency (e.g., Service Request, Incident, Change Management)
Integrations: Connecting Ivanti with other IT systems (CMDB, Asset Management) for seamless data flow and comprehensive insights
Security & Access Management: Managing user roles, permissions, and access rights within the platform
Technical Support: Providing advanced support and troubleshooting for Ivanti-related issues
Documentation: Maintaining clear documentation for configurations, processes, and upgrades
Stakeholder Collaboration: Partnering with IT teams, Service Desk, and business units to gather requirements and ensure solutions meet needs
