Responsibilities
Ensuring projects align with business goals including quantifiable and measurable objectives identified and agreed with the Senior Director or VP
Creation of reporting tools and milestones for projects including project plans and critical paths
Reviewing documentation for project creation, development, and implementation
Tracking the progress of each project and providing clear status updates on projects
Setting deadlines for specific tasks
Identifying risks and opportunities and decisions required to achieve the projects
Analyzing financial data that relate to the project
Distributing and allocating resources accurately
Implementing budgets including producing financial reports and budgets, and calculating the monetary risk for each project
Creating reports for senior managers and stakeholders on the progress of each project
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 3 years of project management/creative management experience
Strong organizational and time management skills
Ability to communicate across functions and influence effectively
Ability to multi-task and problem solve in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Bachelor's degree preferred
