$30/hr - $42/hrLHH is seeking an experienced Accounting & Finance Recruiter to support our client's high-volume hiring needs across a variety of clients. This is a fully remote contract position, but candidates must live in the Pacific Time Zone to support team and client alignment.

Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruiting for accounting and finance roles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer support
Build and maintain strong talent pipelines using job boards, social platforms, and direct outreach
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal teams to understand job requirements and deliver qualified candidates quickly
Provide an exceptional candidate experience while maintaining strong communication and follow-through
Track recruiting activity and maintain accurate documentation in the ATS
Qualification
Required
Proven experience recruiting accounting and finance professionals
Strong sourcing capabilities and comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills
Ability to thrive independently in a remote environment
Must reside in a PST state
