Responsibilities
Provide customer service to site personnel, drivers, and/or visitors by following Allied Universal procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location
Manage access control at entry points by verifying identification and/or credentials, checking in and out employees, contractors, and visitors, and directing deliveries to the appropriate staging or receiving areas
Monitor vehicle and pedestrian traffic flow at gates and dock approaches, help to deter unauthorized entry, and communicate entry denials and/or access issues to site leadership as needed
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting events and escalating per post orders
Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter to monitor for unusual activity, unsecured doors, and/or policy violations, with working environments and conditions varying by location
Qualification
Required
Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles
Possess a high school diploma or equivalent
As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws

Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment
