Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day office operations, including facilities oversight and vendor relationships
Supervise and support the Office Experience Coordinator to ensure consistent coverage and a positive workplace experience
Partner with IT support to resolve hardware, software, and workspace issues
Maintain a professional, organized, and guest-ready office environment
Coordinate logistics for internal meetings, on-site events, and visiting team members
Oversee office equipment, maintenance, and repairs
Plan and execute office events, team meetings, and employee engagement initiatives
Lead efforts to improve office efficiency, morale, and overall performance
Support leadership with strategic and cross-functional projects as needed
Assist with onboarding and offboarding logistics, including building access and equipment coordination
Support enterprise project coordination, including task tracking, documentation, and stakeholder communication

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in a related field
2–4 years of experience in office administration, client experience, executive support, or project coordination
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polished, client-facing presence
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, deadlines, and priorities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and comfort learning systems such as Asana, Confluence, and Salesforce
Collaborative, can-do attitude with a service-oriented mindset
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a credit and criminal background check is required
