Responsibilities
Develop and modify technical engineering drawings and deliverables using Civil 3D, AutoCAD, and MicroStation
Produce site drainage, grading, utility plans, alignments, pipe networks, and plan & profile sheets
Apply engineering principles and established design practices to create moderately complex design solutions
Review project inputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with relevant codes and standards
Maintain high-quality deliverables in accordance with internal quality programs and industry guidelines
Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams to exchange project information and support design development
Provide technical guidance to peers and assist with workload planning and scheduling as needed
Prepare design calculations, material quantities, and project documentation
Support field activities or startup tasks when required
Qualification
Required
5+ years of experience in civil engineering design or drafting
Advanced proficiency in Autodesk Civil 3D, including: Pipe/pressure networks, Grading surfaces, Alignments, Plan & profile development
Proficiency with AutoCAD and Bluebeam
Ability to interpret engineering drawings, standards, and technical documents
Understanding of construction practices, design principles, and industry standards
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
Preferred
Diploma, Certificate, or Associate degree in Drafting or Engineering Design Technology
Experience with Bentley MicroStation is a plus
Familiarity with water and wastewater infrastructure projects
