Senior Manager, Internal and External Communications

Asset Management

Responsibilities

Partner with HR and leadership to develop and execute communication strategies that inform, engage, and inspire employees across global offices
Craft clear, consistent messaging for leadership announcements, organizational updates, and cultural initiatives
Support internal campaigns that reinforce company purpose and values
Manage content for intranet, newsletters, leadership messaging, and virtual events/town halls
Partner with agency leaders to manage corporate positioning and thought leadership across earned media, conferences, and industry platforms
Develop external messaging to highlight agency achievements, innovations, partnerships, and talent initiatives
Support executive visibility programs, including speechwriting, media interviews, LinkedIn content, and award submissions
Collaborate with global teams to ensure consistent corporate branding and voice across channels
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior executives and client leads on communication best practices and reputation management
Oversee press materials, Q&As, and statements for company announcements and sensitive matters
Track, analyze, and report on communications outcomes, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
Manage external partners and agencies supporting corporate communications efforts

Required

Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or related field
5+ years of experience in corporate communications, preferably within a global agency or communications-driven environment
Proven ability to collaborate across senior leadership, HR, marketing, and client service teams
Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills across multiple platforms and tones
Strong media relations acumen and understanding of the PR/marketing landscape
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, matrixed organization and handle confidential information with discretion
Strategic thinker with strong executional discipline
Natural storyteller with a passion for connecting people to purpose
Confident, polished communicator comfortable representing the agency internally and externally
