Build email templates in SFMC
Quality control and peer reviews to ensure deploys look right
Query work within Salesforce Marketing platform
Manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
Use Workfront to coordinate work, peer reviews, and copy
Communicate with strategy and marketing teams about what they want and where they're struggling
Qualification
Required
Must have hands-on experience in the email industry using Salesforce Marketing Cloud, specifically Email Studio
Ability to build automation and know their way around the platform
Can manage multiple campaigns at once, relies on systems like Workfront to coordinate work, peer reviews, and copy accuracy
Can talk to strategy and marketing teams, have those conversations about what they want and where they're struggling
