Responsibilities
Manage the development and deployment of agent-facing educational materials supporting the full product portfolio and priority initiatives
Quickly learn internal processes and operate independently within defined procedures
Review deliverables to ensure alignment with creative briefs, messaging frameworks, and campaign objectives
Coordinate brand reviews with internal creative teams and facilitate client reviews for marketing assets such as webinars, emails, web pages, and one-pagers
Support legal and compliance reviews using online review tools for agent-facing marketing materials
Collaborate effectively with cross-functional partners including creative, legal, compliance, and business teams
Provide regular project updates and represent the marketing team in cross-functional discussions
Own and manage project timelines to ensure on-time launches aligned with key election period campaigns
Manage projects using project management tools and update progress as milestones are completed
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
10+ years of experience in marketing
Proven experience supporting the development and deployment of marketing materials
Strong understanding of B2B marketing concepts and processes
Excellent project management and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
Passion for contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences
Preferred
Experience with project management and review tools such as Workfront, Monday.com, Aprimo, or similar platforms
Agency or in-house agency experience
Copy editing and creative review experience
Healthcare insurance, regulatory, or compliance experience
