Staffing Strategist/Technical Recruiter
Dewpoint is an IT consulting company based in Lansing, Michigan, seeking an experienced Staffing Strategist/Technical In-House Recruiter to serve as their primary in-house recruiting expert. The role involves partnering closely with business leaders to attract top talent and deliver a high-touch, data-driven hiring experience.

Responsibilities
Coordinate with managers to understand hiring needs and deliver quality talent
Lead full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and job categories
Create and manage job postings and sourcing strategies across LinkedIn, Indeed, and social platforms
Coordinate internal and client-facing interviews and deliver an exceptional candidate experience
Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines and accurate ATS records
Represent Dewpoint at hiring events, job fairs, and community outreach activities
Track recruiting metrics and provide updates to leadership to drive continuous improvement
Qualification
Required
3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience (in-house, corporate, or consulting preferred)
Strong sourcing, stakeholder partnership, and communication skills
Experience managing multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment
Working knowledge of ATS platforms, recruiting metrics, and compliant hiring practices
Preferred
IT, technology, or professional services recruiting experience
