Responsibilities
Engineering solutions to meet customer needs
Using Creo, Windchill, and other software to support solutions
Collaborating with internal/external functions to support development and/or continuous improvement projects
Experiential opportunities to work with our model shop, test lab, visit suppliers, and our showroom/manufacturing facilities
Qualification
Required
Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree at a nationally accredited program
Actively enrolled in a degree seeking program at the time of application and throughout the duration of the internship or co-op position
Exposure to CAD/3D modeling software
Applicants must be authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis. The company will not offer sponsorships or work visas now or in the future for this role
Preferred
Preferred majors for this position: Mechanical, Product Design, Industrial Engineering, or related
Preferred academic standing for this position: 2027 & 2028 Graduates
Basic proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office
Experience working a team-based environment
Strong technical documentation and organizational skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Reliable transportation, many of our sites do not have public transportation available
Leadership experience inside and/or outside the classroom
Strong analytical and technical skills with experience in software industry standards and development tools
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to articulate clearly
Demonstrated creative problem solving, proactive learning, and curiosity
