Head of Sales, Brand Direct
Perion is a global advertising technology company delivering solutions to the biggest brands and publishers around the globe. They are seeking a strategic Head of Sales, Brand Direct to lead revenue growth and sales execution across a multi-market portfolio.
Responsibilities
Own regional revenue performance, pipeline health, forecasting accuracy, and execution against growth targets
Develop and operationalize scalable go-to-market strategies that accelerate adoption of Perion’s performance-driven solutions and platform capabilities
Drive strategic account growth, expansion opportunities, and long-term client partnerships across agency and advertiser relationships
Build, coach, and retain a high-performing sales organization through proactive hiring, performance management, and leadership development
Partner with the Managing Director of the Americas to align revenue plans, operating cadence, reporting rigor, and sales infrastructure
Implement consistent sales processes, pipeline governance, and KPI frameworks to drive predictability and efficiency
Leverage CRM tools and automation (e.g., Salesforce) to measure performance, manage pipeline health, and inform decision-making
Maintain deep awareness of evolving market trends, emerging technologies, competitive dynamics, client needs, and monetization models
Translate market intelligence into actionable sales strategies, positioning, and enablement for teams
Actively engage in strategic client conversations, complex negotiations, and enterprise-level partnerships as needed
Serve as a senior ambassador of Perion’s brand, values, and solutions both internally and externally
Partner closely with Product, Product Marketing, Operations and Client Services to optimize commercialization, enablement, and execution
Champion feedback loops between internal teams to continuously improve product-market fit and operational effectiveness
Qualification
Required
7+ years of progressive sales leadership experience leading multi-market or enterprise sales teams in ad tech, media, or technology environments
Proven experience selling performance-driven digital advertising solutions across channels such as CTV, video, programmatic, DOOH, and data-driven media
Strong track record of consistently exceeding revenue targets in high-growth, performance-oriented organizations
Demonstrated ability to scale teams, develop leaders, and build repeatable sales operating models
Strong business acumen with the ability to translate product capabilities into commercial impact
Executive-level communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
Deep understanding of CRM systems, pipeline management, forecasting discipline, and data-driven decision-making
Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree a plus
