Responsibilities

Conduct workshops and interviews to capture business needs; document user stories and acceptance criteria
Translate requirements into configurations for ITAM/HAM, CMDB, Catalog, and related modules
Coordinate build, UAT, and go-live; define KPIs for asset accuracy, compliance, and cost savings
Oversee workflows for procurement, deployment, inventory, refresh, and retirement; ensure vendor coordination and ITAD compliance
Develop dashboards and scorecards using ServiceNow Performance Analytics and Power BI
Align processes with HIPAA/HITRUST standards; partner with InfoSec and Compliance teams
Collaborate with clinical, supply chain, finance, and IT teams; manage vendor relationships

Required

7–10+ years as a Business Analyst with ServiceNow ITAM/HAM experience
Proven track record in requirements gathering and implementation across SAM/HAM, CMDB, and related modules
Strong process optimization skills (ITIL, Lean)
Deep understanding of asset lifecycle processes and healthcare compliance
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Preferred

ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–HAM/SAM)
Experience with software asset management and discovery tools
Familiarity with healthcare systems integration (EHR/EMR, ERP)
Dashboard/reporting experience with Performance Analytics or Power BI
