Design and develop data integration pipelines across various platforms and legacy systems
Lead and supervise engineering teams to ensure successful implementation
Ensure solutions meet data privacy, security, and compliance standards

Continuously seek process improvements in data management

Required

7+ years in database development (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle)
Experience with ETL workflows using tools like Matillion, Informatica, or DataStage
Strong communication skills and proficiency in MS Office
Knowledge of integration patterns and cloud integration platforms
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and data governance frameworks
Ability to work effectively in a team and build positive relationships
