Inside Sales Representative
Monk Holdings Limited is looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to expand their wholesale letter jacket and chenille dealer network. This B2B inside sales role focuses on prospecting, outbound outreach, and converting new wholesale customers while managing the full sales cycle from lead to first order.

Prospect and onboard new wholesale letter jacket dealers and B2B customers
Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to build a strong sales pipeline
Qualify leads and present wholesale pricing, programs, and product options
Close new accounts and secure first-time and repeat wholesale orders
Upsell chenille patches, embroidery, and spirit wear
Enter and manage detailed custom orders accurately
Maintain CRM activity, notes, and follow-up schedules
Collaborate with production and fulfillment teams to ensure on-time delivery
Qualification
Required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills
Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
Experience using CRM systems and order entry software
Preferred
Inside sales, B2B sales, or business development experience preferred
Comfortable with outbound calling and prospecting
Wholesale, apparel, or school-related sales experience is a plus (training provided)
