The role involves managing contract workflows, ensuring compliance, and developing supplier relationships while partnering closely with the Legal Department.

Responsibilities

Leads efforts to negotiate and author contract renewals, amendments, addendums, terminations, and rebates

Maintains contract database, tracks key contract milestones, and provides reporting related to existing contracts

Meets with suppliers regularly and partners with stakeholders to find new ways to create value in existing contracts

Monitors compliance to pricing and service level agreements throughout the contract life-cycle

Leads supplier onboarding and minimizes risk and supply chain disruption during the implementation process

Serves as a point of escalation for stakeholders and suppliers when contractual issues arise and/or performance declines

Mitigates pricing updates and schedules changes for Operations, A&D, Construction and other key stakeholders through advanced negotiation skills

Partners with the Procurement Operations department leaders on key initiatives such as Supplier Diversity, supply chain risk mitigation, Supplier Relationship Management and other present and future department goals

Required

Bachelor's degree from 4-year College or University

4-6 years' experience in contract management, procurement, and/or supply chain management
