Responsibilities
Lead end-to-end customer delivery projects and programs in a telecom environment
Own project planning, scheduling, resource allocation, cost tracking, and risk management
Act as the single point of contact for customer delivery, escalations, and status reporting
Lead engineers, architects, and technical managers across global teams
Manage testing activities (lab, FOA, production) and maintenance windows
Ensure delivery alignment with contract scope, quality, timelines, and budget
Support pre-sales activities including SOW reviews, cost inputs, and release planning
Maintain accurate project data and reporting in internal PM tools
Qualification
Required
5–8+ years of project or program management experience in telecom
Strong customer delivery and software development lifecycle exposure
Proven ability to manage scope, schedule, cost, and quality (CSSQ)
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Proficiency with MS Office, especially MS Project
Willingness to learn new technologies and grow technically
Preferred
PMP certification is a plus
Candidates with experience from Tier-1 telecom operators or OEMs are strongly preferred, including: T-Mobile, Nokia, AT&T, Ericsson, Verizon, Samsung, or other large telecom service providers / vendors
