Responsibilities
Support the sales organization in achieving corporate objectives
Develop and maintain reporting infrastructure used by field operations to gauge performance and internal teams to perform analysis
Manage monthly, quarterly, and yearly routine reporting deliverables
Lead analytics projects which require technical sophistication, application of business knowledge and the ability to navigate ambiguity
Perform ad hoc analysis and quickly provide results and recommendations
Collaborate with business leaders and team members to provide insights and facilitate the integration of new technologies, tools, and processes
Provide technical and analytical support to the team members
Ensure data validity and accuracy, adhering to compliance policies and procedures
Engage in a culture of Diversity and Inclusion
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or GED required
3+ years' experience in financial services or related industry
3+ years of Experience with relational database concepts and query languages (SQL, PL-SQL), experience with Snowflake/Oracle/Other Databases
Proficient in MS Excel (pivot, charts, formulas) and PowerPoint
Effective communication (active listening, follow up, written skills) with problem-solving, critical thinking, and organization skills
Candidate must be eager to learn new processes and systems and remain comfortable in a fast-changing environment
Attention to details and commitment to data integrity
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in business, technology, or related field preferred
3+ years of Experience with business intelligence reporting tools like Power BI, Tableau (or similar) highly preferred
Ideal candidate would also demonstrate ability to recommend process and procedure improvements to increase effectiveness
