Responsibilities
Work directly with our small business customers, guiding them on how to maximize the return on their investment in CRM software
Work alongside our tech team to integrate Jobber, Housecall Pro, or Service Titan software into our customers’ business and website. From helping them configure forms and reports, to implementing quote templates, plugins, scheduling, and routing tools
Qualification
Required
3+ years of CRM experience preferably with experience with local service business
Comfort working with common service industry CRM platforms such as Jobber, Housecall Pro, and Service Titan
Must have some availability during standard business hours (9-5)
