Responsibilities
Oversee general ledger, AP/AR, payroll, taxes, and month-end close processes
Ensure accurate and timely GAAP-compliant financial reporting
Support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with tax and regulatory requirements
Lead budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis activities
Drive continuous improvement in processes and reporting using ERP tools (Sage Intacct)
Supervise, mentor, and develop accounting team members
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
10+ years of progressive accounting experience, ideally in corporate or multi-entity environments
Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP
ERP systems (Sage Intacct preferred)
Financial controls
Experience with job costing, long-term contracts, and financial planning
Excellent communication skills
Ability to lead cross-functional initiatives
