Sale Support Specialist
JD.COM is a leading supply chain-based technology and service provider, seeking a Sales Support Specialist to support the Sales Manager and broader sales team throughout the full sales lifecycle. This role is critical in contract closing, internal coordination, sales reporting, and basic marketing support.

Responsibilities
Support Sales Managers with customer contract closing, including preparation, review, and coordination of contract documentation
Manage the contract process end-to-end, including internal approvals, revisions, and execution tracking
Coordinate with HQ, Legal, Finance, Operations, and other departments to gather required inputs for proposals and contracts
Ensure all sales agreements comply with company policies and approval workflows
Maintain accurate and up-to-date contract, customer, and pricing records
Act as a primary point of contact between Sales and internal teams to ensure sales requirements are clearly communicated
Follow up with internal stakeholders to drive timely responses and resolution of sales-related requests
Assist with customer onboarding by coordinating internal handoffs after contract execution
Track and analyze sales KPIs, including pipeline activity, conversion rates, contract value, and revenue performance
Prepare sales reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review
Support sales forecasting and revenue tracking initiatives
Ensure data accuracy and consistency in CRM and internal reporting systems
Assist with basic marketing and sales enablement materials, including pitch decks, presentations, customer proposals, and case studies
Support coordination of marketing campaigns or promotions aligned with sales goals
Help maintain and update sales materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and branding alignment
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field)
1–3+ years of experience in sales support, sales operations, business operations, or commercial support
Experience supporting contract processes or working with Legal and/or Finance teams is a strong plus
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
Comfortable working with data, KPIs, and performance reporting
Proficiency in Excel and/or Google Sheets; CRM experience preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
Detail-oriented, proactive, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
Experience in logistics, 3PL, supply chain, or transportation industries
Exposure to sales forecasting, revenue analysis, or pipeline management
Basic understanding of marketing or sales enablement functions
Experience working with overseas HQ or cross-border teams
