The ideal candidate will manage projects end-to-end using PMBOK-aligned methodologies while collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Manage IT projects through the full lifecycle (Initiation to Close)
Define scope, requirements, schedules, and project plans
Lead cross-functional teams, vendors, and system integrators
Oversee contact center, telephony/IVR, payment, and middleware integrations
Manage risks, issues, dependencies, and change control
Support go-live, cutover, testing, UAT, and stabilization activities
Ensure compliance with security, architecture, and PCI standards
Prepare status reports, documentation, and executive-level communications
Qualification
Required
7+ years of IT Project Management experience
Strong PMBOK knowledge; experience with Agile (SCRUM, SAFe) and ITIL
Hands-on experience with tolling back-office systems (5+ years preferred)
Experience with contact center solutions, SaaS, platform upgrades, and infrastructure projects
Strong vendor and stakeholder management skills
Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Bachelor's degree in IT, Information Systems, Business, or related field
