Responsibilities
Use quality tools and practices to establish approval criteria to ensure the identification of quality concerns
Investigating unit quality related issues and concerns related to product and processes, gathering and analyzing data, resolving/facilitating resolution and implementing corrective action
Provide work direction to inspectors on containment, quality procedures and tools to monitor critical processes
Facilitate quality-related discussions with internal and external customers to drive corrective action
Generate monthly quality reports for monitoring metrics and participate in management reviews
Help to identify Continuous Improvement projects (CI)
50-75% of time will be spent on Shop Floors
Qualification
Required
2+ years in a production environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite is required, and additional software/activities can be trained
Seeking Candidates who are Team based and have Shop Floor experience
Metatarsals boots are REQUIRED
High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering discipline
