Responsibilities
Manage daily accounting operations and month-end close Prepare financial reports, budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis Oversee revenue audits, cash flow, and reconciliations
Ensure accurate reporting using Lightspeed, Toast, and HIA Accounting
Maintain internal controls and audit compliance Supervise and support accounting staff
Qualification
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (preferred but not mandatory)
3+ years of hotel accounting experience (Marriott preferred)
Experience with Lightspeed, Toast, and HIA Accounting
Strong knowledge of GAAP and hospitality accounting
