New England Regional Business Manager
Confidential Company is supporting a client in the AEC/infrastructure consulting space who is seeking senior leadership talent for their New England region. The New England Regional Business Leader will be responsible for the overall performance, growth, and leadership of the region, balancing business development with operational oversight.

Regional business growth and market presence
Public-sector client relationships and strategic accounts
Operational oversight and project delivery support
Collaboration with executive and divisional leadership
Development and leadership of regional technical teams
Serve as a senior regional leader and external representative across New England transportation and infrastructure markets
Lead and support business development efforts, pursuits, and key client relationships
Provide executive-level oversight of regional operations and delivery performance
Support development, mentorship, and long-term growth of regional talent
Partner with leadership to strengthen market position and long-term strategy
Qualification
Required
15+ years of experience in AEC, transportation, or infrastructure consulting
Senior leadership experience at the regional, office, or market level
Established relationships with New England public-sector agencies (e.g., DOTs, municipalities)
Proven success in both winning work and delivering complex projects
Licensed PE, AICP, or comparable professional credential
Strong executive presence and ability to represent the firm externally
