Responsibilities

Assess organizational training needs through collaboration with recruiting, onboarding, clinical, and operational teams
Develop, deliver, and maintain administrative training for new and existing employees
Deliver and facilitate Safety-Care® training in accordance with QBS standards
Track, analyze, and report training-related metrics to provide insight into training effectiveness and support organizational outcomes
Contribute to quality assurance initiatives by supporting clinical projects and sharing data-informed insights
Maintain accurate training records and documentation in accordance with organizational and compliance requirements
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to support continuous improvement in training processes and materials
Other duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's Degree required
Previous experience with conducting and developing training
Experience in LMS systems such as Docebo

Preferred

Basic knowledge of CentralReach and Google Suite tools preferred
Certified SafetyCare trainer (QBS) preferred
